Influenza Virus And St. Benilde

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) will resume classes on June 19, 2009. The infectious, potentially fatal Influenza A(H1N1) virus has a few DLS/CSB students in quarantine. The undue media hype can be very helpful in galvanizing the nation's collective consciousness on health, diseases and appropriate government action plans. Remember that more people die from Dengue than the new, dreaded Influenza. As the axiomatic cliche goes: health is wealth! I hope none of my students were infected and I know that they proceeded with all their photo projects well in advance-as we agreed upon. Please read more on this here.
